Privacy Notice

1. Information we collect

When you join the Founding Shooter List or contact ISF, you may provide your name, email address, general location, age or eligibility information, competition interests, and communication preferences.

Our hosting provider and Typeform may also process basic technical information such as IP address, device and browser information, timestamps, referral pages, and interaction data needed to deliver, protect, and improve the site and form.

2. How we use information

We use information to manage the Founding Shooter List, send opted-in launch updates and competition announcements, plan future competitions, respond to inquiries, understand audience interest, prevent abuse, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations.

Joining the list is not contest registration, does not create an ISF account, and does not guarantee eligibility, entry, priority, or a competition spot.

3. Communications

If you opt in to ISF email communications, you may unsubscribe at any time using the link in an email or by contacting us. We may still send a direct response to a request you initiated.

4. Cookies and embedded services

The ISF site uses essential local storage to remember whether you chose to load the embedded signup form. The Typeform embed is not loaded until you choose to continue. If loaded, Typeform may use cookies or similar technologies under its own policies and consent controls.

We do not currently use advertising cookies or sell personal information. If our practices materially change, we will update this notice and provide legally required choices.

5. How information is shared

We may share information with service providers that help us host the site, operate forms, deliver email, secure our systems, or provide professional advice. Those providers may use information only as allowed by their agreements and applicable law.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a financing, reorganization, merger, sale, or transfer of the business. ISF does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

6. Retention and security

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including to maintain the pre-launch list, document consent, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no Internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.

7. Your choices and privacy rights

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you provided, or withdraw communication consent, by emailing info@internationalshooter.com. Depending on where you live and subject to legal exceptions, you may have additional rights. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.

8. Adult audience

The Founding Shooter List is intended for adults age 18 and older. Do not submit the form if you are under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; if we learn that we have done so, we will delete it.

9. International visitors

ISF is based in the United States. If you visit from another country, your information may be processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards.

10. Updates and contact
