1. Pre-launch information only

This site introduces ISF’s development of competitive basketball shooting and offers an opportunity to receive updates. ISF is targeting a 2027 launch, but plans, timing, formats, features, and availability may change.

2. No contest registration

Joining the Founding Shooter List is free and is not contest registration, an entry, a purchase, or an offer of a prize. It does not guarantee eligibility, priority, acceptance, advancement, ranking, payment, or a competition spot.

Future eligibility, formats, distances, timing, scoring, fees, rankings, verification, advancement, schedules, payouts, and prize terms will be governed by separately published official ISF rules and applicable law.

3. Adult audience

The Founding Shooter List is intended for individuals age 18 and older. You may not submit the form if you are under 18.

4. Acceptable use

You may use this site only for lawful, personal, and informational purposes. You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or harvest personal information, misrepresent your identity, or use ISF content or marks in a way that suggests sponsorship or endorsement.

5. Intellectual property

The site, its design, text, graphics, logos, competition concepts, and other content are owned by or licensed to ISF and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. International Shooter Federation™, ISF™, and TAKE YOUR SHOT. GET HOT.™ are trademarks of International Shooter Federation. No license is granted except the limited right to view and use this site under these terms.

6. No third-party affiliation

ISF is an independent organization. Unless expressly stated, ISF is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any professional league, collegiate association, national federation, governing body, team, player, gym, or venue.

7. Third-party services and links

The site may link to or embed services operated by others, including Typeform and the ISF investor site. Their terms and privacy practices govern your use of those services. ISF is not responsible for third-party sites, content, availability, or security.

8. Disclaimers

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, ISF disclaims warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing on this site is legal, financial, medical, or investment advice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ISF and its officers, members, employees, advisors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or loss of opportunity arising from use of or inability to use the site. Rights that cannot lawfully be limited remain unaffected.

10. Changes, governing law, and contact

ISF may update the site or these terms as the organization develops. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
